Preparation of Journal Entries

The District Attorney's Office shall be responsible for preparing all journal entries required unless directed by the court.  All journal entries shall be submitted to the court within 10 days of decision and shall be accepted without approval of opposing counsel.  Any party aggrieved by a journal entry shall file a motion to settle same within 10 days of the receipt thereof.
