SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT - TAX WARRANT - PROPERTY

If you receive a Satisfaction of Judgment from the Department of Revenue or Johnson County treasurer, eitherby mail or email, it needs to be filed on your case to show that it has been satisfied. It can either be brought in person, faxed, emailed or mailed.

A fee is required, please check the information below to determine how much you need to pay.

Email option: Email ONLY the Satisfaction of Judgment to: [email protected]. A fee will be assessed to your case payable at public.jococourts.org through the accounting tab. The payment will take 1 business day to process. For single satisfactions only as there is a $4.95 processing fee per transaction.

After it has been processed, we will email you a file stamped copy to keep for you records and to provide to the 3 major credit bureaus.
