COPIES OF MARRIAGE LICENSE
|
At this time there is no accepting in-person marriage license applications.
Through collaboration with the Office of Judicial Administration, there is an online portal to
apply for a marriage license.
The fee for the marriage license is $85.50. You will also be charged a $2.14 fee if you pay by credit or debit card, or a $1.25 fee if you pay by electronic check. The Clerkâs Office cannot take payment for the marriage license. It must be paid for through the online portal. You are welcome to use the Self-Help Center computers, located at the courthouse, to apply and pay for the marriage license.
All fees are non-refundable. This marriage license ONLY applies for weddings
held in the state of Kansas.
