Setting Bond

The Judge issuing a warrant shall set bond as provided by law. If a probable cause for detention hearing is held at a time when court is not in session, the Judge holding the hearing may set bond. If a probable cause for detention hearing is held when court is in session, bond will be set by the Judge responsible for daily arraignments and first appearances during that week.
