Appearance After Bond Posted
When a defendant (except DV cases) is released on bond prior to arraignment or first
appearance, the defendant shall appear one week following defendant's release
on bond, unless such date falls on the first regular court day after a weekend or
holiday, in which event defendant shall appear on the next regular court day thereafter.
In DV cases, defendant shall appear the next regular court day following defendant's
release on bond unless such date falls on the first regular court day of the week,
in which event defendant shall appear the next regular court day thereafter.
The Clerk of the Court and Sheriff shall schedule the appearance accordingly.
