Dismissals

Responsibility for notifying the Sheriff's Office in reference to dismissals, withdrawing of warrants, etc., is that of the District Attorney's Office and/or defense counsel. To that end the attorney shall notify the Sheriff by way of Journal Entry of such matters immediately or by way of order of the court.
