First Appearances and Arraignments

Arraignments in misdemeanor Criminal and Domestic Violence (DV) cases and first appearances in felony (criminal and DV) cases shall be held on each day of court. An assigned Magistrate Judge will be assigned to conduct these hearings.

Arraignments and first appearances shall be held as follows on each day of court:

Criminal cases at 1:30 p.m.
Domestic Violence cases at 2:30 p.m.
