RULE 18. DEFINITION: DOMESTIC RELATIONS ACTIONS+
As used in these rules, the term "domestic relations action"
shall mean an action:
- commenced under K.S.A. Chapter 23, including for divorce, separate maintenance,
annulment, third party visitation, or determination of parentage
- commenced under the Protection from Abuse Act (pursuant to K.S.A. Chapter 60, Article
31), or;
- commenced under the Protection from Stalking, Sexual Assault or Human Trafficking Act
(pursuant to K.S.A. Chapter 60, Article 31a).
