The probate division of the Court Clerk's Office is located on the west side of
the 2nd floor of the Johnson County Courthouse. It is open from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Fax filing is available to attorneys only for documents of 10 pages or less. All fax filings must
comply with
Supreme Court Rule 119.
