The 10th Judicial District Court has moved to the Kansas Judicial Branch eCourt case management system.

The Court is operating both virtually and in person. The assigned Judge will determine in what manner a case is heard. All virtual hearings will be conducted via Zoom. All Clerk services are available in-person as well as by website, email, fax and phone.

The Clerk’s Office, including Self Help Center/Records Management, have the following hours of operation:
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Closed Daily from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

In accordance with K.S.A. 25-4505, a copy of the abstract of election results from the 2024 Presidential Preference Primary is available in the law library.
