TRAFFIC RULE NO. 4

Payment of Fines & Costs

The Court will not grant any attorney or defendant time to pay fines and costs. In all cases (except DUI cases) where a defendant, either in person or by counsel, enters a guilty plea or is found guilty, all fines and costs will be due and payable at that time.
