TRAFFIC RULE NO. 2

Traffic Infraction Cases

Attorneys and/or defendants may call in not guilty pleas in all non-DUI traffic infraction cases not less than 24 hours before the accused person's scheduled arraignment time and request to have the case scheduled for either plea docket or trial docket setting.

Not guilty pleas on traffic infraction cases will not be accepted by the clerk from an attorney and/or a defendant within the 24 hour period immediately preceding the accused person's scheduled arraignment time and a personal appearance by the attorney and/or the defendant at the arraignment is required.
