CRIMINAL RULE NO. 9

Bond Modification

Any review or request for modification of a bond before arraignment or first appearance shall be heard by the Judge originally setting the bond. The Judge holding the arraignment or first appearance on the case shall have the authority to review and modify the bond at the time of such appearance. Thereafter, any modification or review requested shall become the responsibility of the assigned Judge.
