CIVIL RULE NO. 15

Jury Questionnaire

Jury questionnaires will be available to counsel before trial dates. Copies may be checked out, but are to be returned to the court at the conclusion of trial. Neither counsel nor the parties shall make any copies of juror questionnaires.
