On January 1, 2001, the Johnson County District Court implemented a procedure to maintain the standards and ensure the quality of the court ordered counseling programs.   These approved counselors/providers have agreed to comply with the program standards and other conditions which the Court has set in the below Administrative Orders.

Please note, the District Court is not currently accepting any applications for Sex Offender Treatment providers.
