On-Site and Archived Files

• Most physical case files from 1998 to present are kept on site. 
• All cases prior to 1998 are kept in an off-site archive.
• To access an archive case file, an archive request form must be completed.  Please allow up to 3 working days for archive case files for viewing or copywork.

Copywork

• Please allow up to 3 working days for copywork
• Payment is required in advance.  No personal checks; only cash, cashiers check, money order or pre-authorized checks payable to Clerk of the District Court.

Copywork Costs

• On-site files: 50 cents per page
• Archived files: $10 flat fee
• Certification: $1 additional charge
• Authentication: $2 additional charge
• Faxing: $2.50 per page additional charge
• Costs of multi-volume cases may vary
