The civil division of the Court Clerk's Office is located in
the southwest corner of the 2nd floor of the Johnson County Courthouse. It is open
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Selected forms are available online
in our forms download page. Fax filing is available
for documents of 10 pages or less. All fax filings must comply with Supreme Court Rule 119.
