Juvenile Night Light Program Night Light is a program operated by Juvenile Court Services. Juveniles on probation are subject to searches as directed by a Court Services Officer (CSO). CSOs also have the authority to visit juveniles at home, school, work, or elsewhere. The program consists of CSOs teaming up with officers from local police departments and the sheriffs office to conduct visits during nontraditional work hours which include:
During these visits, the juvenile’s person and property, including their room in the residence, is subject to search by the CSO and law enforcement officer. CSOs use the Night Light Program to:
