The Supervised Exchange Program is a
court-ordered program that allows parents to make safe exchanges for their
children. Program benefits include:
- Shared parenting time
- Reduced stress for parents and children
- Security
- Neutral Third Party Documentation
Eligibility: A court order is required. Parents must schedule a
separate orientation interview with the Court Services Staff within two days of
the court order.
Cost: Parents pay $10.00 fee per supervised exchange. The court will
determine who is responsible for paying the fee. Fees are paid to the staff at
the exchange. Cash or money order is accepted. A receipt will be provided.
Time & Location: Supervised Exchanges occur at the Court Services
office at 18505 West 119th Olathe, KS 66061. The exchange center is open
Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
