Adult House Arrest Case Management

Offenders placed on House Arrest are provided services traditional to the corrections field. House Arrest Officers provide case management expertise to assigned offenders, and ensure that offender can adequately deal with their specific issues in order to facilitate change by making available:

  • Mental health assistance
  • Drug and alcohol treatment
  • Batterer's intervention
  • A wide array of educational and counseling options

House Arrest officers routinely refer offenders to community based treatment referrals, and monitor their compliance with any programming required. House Arrest Officers also maintain a high level of contact with:

  • An offender's employer
  • An offender's family
  • Any party that plays a significant role in an offender's life

The House Arrest officer meets with each assigned offender a minimum of once per week, during which verification of activities is provided, and the Officer ensure compliance with Court orders and program rules.
